It was a lovely summers day when we all went into Shooters Hill Woods in SE18 to take some family photos. The woods are only a stones throw from Woolwich and make the perfect backdrop for some lovely family photos. I first photographed this family 5 years, when Mia was only 5 years old and the only child in the house. She is now a big sister to Lucas, who unlike his sister is unable to stay still for more than a millisecond for his photos. He certainly got me working, but we did managed to get some natural shots of him running and playing in the woods. Half way through the session the heavens opened, fortunately we were under the cover of some trees and managed to miss the worst of it, and in typical British weather the sun decided to come out again 10 minutes later so we able to continue the shoot.
